Under Quebec business regulations, the government requires, for all non-taxable sales made to members of the first nations, to meet the following conditions:

Have a valid indigenous status card

Proof(s) of delivery within a community*

Must contact our team to determine delivery method*
*(ex: Autobus Maheux, KEPA transport, independent delivery service)
*If you are the holder of an indigenous status card, please contact our team before the transaction, otherwise the system will calculate the taxes automatically and they cannot be withdrawn.
